no i have not got one ... but wanted to know if anybody whose case was transferred to potomac received any as I have not seen anybody mentioning an RFE from potomac

yeah thats fine I think who ever was transfered to potamoc wont get a rfe becasue it was checked before it being transfered that what my friend told me she got approved yesterday and her PD date was 8/15 and transfer 10//1

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

    6/22/2016 Confirmation that they received the packet

Where do you see these times? I'm august 14th

There is no specific updation on timeline we go by what other members post based on their pd date. Currently people with pd in july /August are also getting approved

I think its going to be September/October being approved


there is no timeline for Potamoc but when people post they are being approved in August then thats how we go by that.

Dont quote me because im not 100% sure but I'm positive they would be closed today and for the rest of the week then return to work on monday.

Priority date 8/7 and still no sign of noa2, the mailman must think im waiting for a check or something because ive been stalking him

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

Also, its interesting to note that I guess noa1 dates dont matter, it would make sense that the date of transfer is more relevant now. They get a bunch of transfer boxes and they go in order of first in, first out.

so even if my PD for noa1 was before the 8/15 that this person had, I was transferred from texas on 11/10 so my box was one month behind this persons.
