seems like no one is getting approvals from Potomac lately!

04/19/16 PD - NOA1 (Potomac Service Center)

07/13/16 Transferred to National Benefits Center to "speed up" processing

08/06/16 Transferred to Local Field Office (Philadelphia) for Marriage Interview

10/04/16 - Congressional Inquiry

01/05/17 - Ombudsman says will receive Interview letter within 30 Days!

02/01/17 - Marriage Interview

02/02/17 - I-130 Approved!!!  :D

Hello all Just to help out anyone who needs or would like to know . NVC received my case on September 26 from YSC. An agent I spoke to on the phone told me this. My Case was approved on Aug 31. Now on to get through the NVX stage. good luck to everyone. Btw my PD is June 10 and my case status still shows case received so do not be discouraged by the online case status . YSC is not updating them.

04/19/16 PD - NOA1 (Potomac Service Center)

07/13/16 Transferred to National Benefits Center to "speed up" processing

How do you know nvc resived your application ? Bucuse my case was approved on agust 29 and nvc don't have my case

I called the NVC customer service number and the agent I spoke to told me they received my case in their system on September 26. Call them 603-334-0700. My NVC case number has not been issued yet though.

Hi there, new to the forum. Submitted I130 to Chicago Lockbox on 9/21. PD is 9/22; same date the text NOA1 was received. Hardcopy received in the mail 9/29. We were went to Potomac.

06/03/2016 -- Married in Dakar, Senegal
09/20/2016 -- I-130 package sent via USPS Express to Chicago

09/21/2016 -- USPS delivery confirmation

09/23/2016 -- Email/text notification for I-130 acceptance; sent to Potomac

09/29/2016 -- Received NOA1 in the mail

03/16/2017 -- I-130 approved

03/23/2017 -- Received NOA2 in the mail

Hello all,

Anyone approved from Potomac late August had their case sent to NVC yet?

I was approved August 24, was sent to the NVC August 30th, had my case number in under 2 weeks from the NVC, completed all of the online stuff (fees/choice of agent, IV application) and sent in the package; they received it September 30th. I'm hoping they received your case by now... but thought this would help out!
