Indeed!! Your at the right place..it took about 73 days to process our petition i130,so yes as long as you did through job on your petition, you should be fine..good luck!?

Thanks. :) I was on the USCIS website and read some of the posts in this thread, apparently Potomac opened up to help lesson the workload. Which is good, so it would make sense that cases are getting processed quicker.

Just to give some people an update. I got my NOA1 on 3/2 got my NOA 2 6/9 and got an email from NVC today with my case number, so less than 4 weeks from NOA 2, hope that helps give everyone a few more data points on time between NOA 2 and NVC.

No because it a tier 2 officer I spoke with

I called and asked to speak with a tier 2 officer. The automated message said they'll call me back in 70 minutes. That was 170 minutes ago...

They will call you back just be patient

They called back, call went something like:

Are you the applicant?

Yes.

The information didn't get transferred to me, can you give me the receipt number?

Yes <xxxxxxxx>

Can you give me your last name?

Yes <xxxxxxxx>

Can you give me your first name?

Yes <xxxxxxxx>

Can you give me your social security number,

Yes <xxxxxxxx>

Are you a naturalized citizen?

Yes

Can you give me your alien registration number?

Yes, give me a second to look it up.

I don't believe you're the applicant, are you a lawyer or representative? (this came in not one second later, no wait or anything)

Sir, I am the applicant..

No you're not, click.

Unfortunately I didn't get to write down the name and number when he did answer the call, mainly due to how fast he said it and his accent made it difficult to understand, but lesson learned, I am now recording all of my calls. I will also follow up with them and the ombudsman to try and find out who this was and if I can get a recording of the call, as this is simply unacceptable.

So did you call them and give them your email address? And when can you contact them after noa2?

Yep, but got tier 1 support and they said it was too late to transfer me. So I called this morning and now waiting for a call back again. I have now started recording my calls. Arizona is a one party consent state, so if you plan on doing that (which I would recommend if anything for archive/reference purposes) make sure you check your local laws.

And I'm going in person to the local office tomorrow, gonna try and find out who that person was and see if I can get a call recording...
