Ok so I was sent to California (trust me I was very excited) Now all of a sudden my case was transferred to Potomac Center Operations Support Services (PCOSS)"? WTH is this? I read its a new service center to help with the backload of the others.

Question? Has anyone else been transferred here? and if so No2 yet?

Thanks!

- Moved from CR-1/IR-1 Process to USCIS Service Centers -

- Applicable to multiple visa types, and the new Potomac Service Center is discussed in that forum -

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".

Our I-130 application was also transferred from the Lincoln Service Center to the Arlington Service Center. Before the transfer, Lincoln was giving a 5 month processing window, which would give us a mid-December date; but now, no clue. Cannot find anything online about this new processing center or their processing time. Can anyone direct me to where I can find this information? When I enter our receipt number, I only get a message that it has been transferred, and the web address in the I-797C that we received does not work.

Thanks! Stephen and Mei Han

Yes our petition was transferred there 15 October 2015 and we have heard nothing. I cannot even find a link to their anticipated timeline. When we were transferred from Lincoln, the time line was 5 months, which would have resulted in a mid-December time frame, but do not know if this transfer will affect that.

What about you? anything?

Unfortunately I have no updates, but I am another transfer from NSC to Potomac.

Priority date is July 9th, 2015 for I-30 Spouse.

I finally received the hard copy of the transfer notice last thursday but there is nothing helpful in it.

Actually, while sitting here preparing to post, I decided to read over the hard copy notification again. I just noticed that I no longer have a priority date and that my receipt date is changed from July 9th to July 7th. The priority date field is empty.

Has anyone even received a notification from the Potomac Center that their case has been received there?
