i was approved in April guys after 7 months and 12 days o f waiting after RFE

I waited for about like 12 days for them to look at my rfe

7 months thats really long time.. so happy finally u r done with the approval :)

I knw its only 3 months for me but seeing the approvals here started for March i just hope the best :)

No latest approval but I checked last night, they have already arrived on March 16 or 17 cases and have been approving most of them, there are some cases that are being skipped through out, my guess is that they are either officer's fault because of the backlog or there are cases that are not of immediate relatives, such as those of siblings.

Seriously march 16/17 has been approved. ... Mine is march 11...

Is it better to call and check with them or wait for some more time...

I'm going to venture to say they are up to this number as of right now: YSC1690025730, which is received date March 17th. Trying to confirm that.

08/06/16 Transferred to Local Field Office (Philadelphia) for Marriage Interview

10/04/16 - Congressional Inquiry

01/05/17 - Ombudsman says will receive Interview letter within 30 Days!

02/01/17 - Marriage Interview

02/02/17 - I-130 Approved!!!  :D

I'm going to venture to say they are up to this number as of right now: YSC1690025730, which is received date March 17th. Trying to confirm that.

actually they are past that. the last I checked they have done several 26000 numbers I can't remember to be exact but yea they are in that number now.

i assume it was received on march 22 since YSC1690026612 and YSC1690026614 were received on the 22 as well.

If anyone has a more recent number please let us know.

According to our I-797C, the number for the USCIS National CUSTOMER Service Center (NCSC) is 1-800-375-5283. It says that if you have any questions regarding the status of your case, to call there.

No but what i´ve noticed is that either they skip numbers or they don´t follow a specific order.

i was literally checking one by one on friday and there was 1 "approved" and the next 20 or so "received" then 1 or 2 requesting for RFE, then 1 "approved" then 13 "received" and so on.......

My case was received March 3rd and I got the approval for my I-130 on June 9th! So it seems like there is movement on this!

I didn't get an e-mail notification, so make sure to check the USCIS website!

USCIS Process:

Sent I-130 (via Canada Post): Feb 29, 2016

NOA1 hardcopy received: March 16, 2016

NOA2 approval text & email: June 9, 2016

Case number and IIN Assigned: July 5, 2016

Choice of Agent (DS-261) completed: July 6, 2016

IV application (DS-260) completed: July 12, 2016
