Hi I am new to the forum thing, here is my story

Married 09/24/2015

Priority date 10/09/2015

Potomac transfer date 11/09/2015

I have received nothing I asked to have case expidite dandy I was told they can't fulfill that request as it means they would send case to an officer for adulation but proceeded to tell me that that was already in play

Waited 30 days still no word so put in a request for out of processing time and was told wait another 60 days every time I have called it has been a different story I was told two more weeks a total of 3 times since April 9,2016

Is anybody else experiencing this?

Hi Kands0924, i am almost the same like you my PD is 19/10/2015 and transfer date is 11/09/2015 but nothing happened yet still waiting and checking

Don't get discouraged.. there is still time, and NVC seems to be moving along at a steady pace.. so make sure you will have your papers ready to submit to them. You've contacted your congressman and USCIS.. so you've done what you can do.. you will get approved soon.

I found this through this website. This might help you answer all your questions related to NVC processing. It is very thorough from the looks of it. I recommend reading it all the way.

It may help others too. so good luck guys!

NVC seems to be working at a speed slower than a snail. Its been 34 days and they haven't received my case. They have me to wait another week to check-in. Awesome!!

Hi everybody, I just want to check if iam the only one who's pd is 6/2/2015 and almost one year now and my I 130 still not approved. Long story short iam divorced with child and remarry again from my home town.

My first marriage was 100% real and I send all the proves to support it ( never miss child support which's 200/week, never miss a week visiting my son even if they are in different state with all the receipt to prove it toys r us receipts , zoo receipt..., also all bills in both names insurance gas ui ... Between time of my green card and our divorce...)

For second marriage I send tons of our conversation on skype viber ...pictures of fiancee party then marriage party + almost 20 letter from people who know us, honeymoon picture with hotel receipts...

Iam so stress try to figure out why it takes so long and what maybe went wrong?

Any advice and opinion will be appreciate.

Yes, I send an inquire on January and they answer me that's iam in the queue for an interview and I just have wait( till now there's no letter for this interview or date or anything).

On January too I call my lawyer and I ask him what I should prepare for this interview , and he told me with confidence it should be no interview and the answer I receive its just robot answer, also told me that's ok for I 130 to take a year sometimes and he will wait till July if no answer he will contact them .

I don't know what to do? I don't want to bother the lawyer and wait till July in the same time I don't see anybody in situation like me ?

I'm in the same boat as you. NVC received mine 3 May, but I've read on VJ that it can take up to a whole month before NVC assigns you a case number and sends you the Welcome Letter, so I'm not expecting it anytime soon. HOPING, yes...EXPECTING, no.
