In 5 days, on May 6 It will be exactly 9 months since I applied and on May 10 Itll be 6 months since I was transfered to potomac! This is crazy!! 9 months with no approval!! I wish my file was never transfered!! Potomac Isn't speeding up the process whatsoever!!! Anyone from aguust 2015 still waiting for their approval??!

You need to call and talk to a tier 2 officer and tell them you are past the the processing time. Keep calling if you have to until you get someone that will help you. There is no reason that you should still be waiting.

sent rfe back on 4/25 and they got it 4/26 still no update

Bosna, i sent my RFE on 4/19 and they updated by case on 4/28 saying they have received it will begin working on my case again.

You should get a case update by this Friday or Monday.

Bosna.. I think usually in about a month after they receive it, if all goes well, you will be approved.

Noticed ppl are talking about receipt numbers quite a lot. Which numbers in the receipt are ppl referring to? After YSC there is a 10 digit number (pair of 5 digit numbers). Which pair are folks referring to - the first 5, or the last 5?

How're you tracking these receipt numbers?

The last 5 are the ones that change, chronologically based on the date they receive it. however, the processing date apparently has very little to do with the order they come in. My I130 is in the 6000s and was received late january, and no movement yet; whereas my I-129F was early february, in the 12700s and again no movement yet... and I see others mid-late february or even march with approved cases... To track those I just punch in increasing numbers to try and gauge where they are at.
