no im still waiting ?????????

I have tried everything seriously its soo hard

its really just I dont even know what to say

I know, Bosna! It's hard, but I think if you find something that can help disctract you at least a little bit it will make the wait at least a bit more manageable. It must be incredibly frustrating to have waited so long already :(

I believe that means you're getting an answer to your inquiry - apparenly in the mail?!

I believe that means you're getting an answer to your inquiry - apparently in the mail?! no kiddin'.....

usually when you inquire about something someone has to reply back with answer, USCIS works via mail....

That's not true minions2. I just got approved April 12 through potomac and it took exactly 81 days. It really seems like there were some issues with the transfers they did from other centers. Hopefully they are getting that sorted out now and will get back on track to normal processing. I could imagine what it was like to start working at a new Service Center and you got tons of transfers from other Service centers while new requests continue to pour in. It must be a lot of work going through all this paperwork...

Hi there,

My wife and I got an RFE this week from Potomac stating that the marriage certificate we submitted is not sufficient (they claim is a marriage registration document, not a marriage certificate). The problem is that what we submitted is actually the official marriage certificate from my country (together with a translation), I've checked with the civil registry and that's the document they provide as marriage certificate. Now we don't know what to do, we're thinking of submitting the same document with an apostille but we don't know if that will help.

Did anyone experience a similar situation?

Our PD is Jan 26
