I realize that uscis has updated their web site and I can no longer access my case! Luckily my I-130 is approved and already at NVC.. is anyone else experiencing this failure to log in or check their case?

i logged in with no problem but I m still waiting for NOA 2

My approval notice hasn't come in mail but status changed:

On April 7, 2016, we sent your case, Receipt Number ************, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
