When I get one of two I-130 Approved for my parents in February 13th I get a update one month later on Uscis.gov March 12th. And here we are in the same boat waiting for a second approved.

Yes it changed, they actually emailed me yesterday stating that my case was transferred to the NVC

I submitted an inquiry and it said by April 20th I'll have an answer to my inquiry so as of now it's pointless to wait for a reply.

I called to submit an inquiry and was told that I was not allowed to submit a case inquiry until it's been 6 months. (PD 10/20).. so how is it that many people with PD after mine are allowed to submit case inquiries? What am I doing wrong?

My too my PD is August 26 and I can't do case inquiry I don't know why it say my case is normal procession and have more than 7 Mont

I see you said its country specific on how they reply to inquires. I just started the process but am curious how you know what countries and there wait times? Do you know the average for China petitions to get to NOA 2? I was guessing 5 months.

I submitted an inquiry by phone today. They told me to wait two weeks. For a response.

Transferred November 10th

Country Dominican Republic.

Form I-130 petition for my father.

The officer who talk to me. Say same thing wait 6 months but when I gave her my pd September 13th she says that my case was more than 6 months so she transfer the call to another officer. She was the one who did the inquiry for me. And told me to wait two weeks.
