How many months for approval? :idea:

Thank u,..I got RFE March 8, I replied March 9 they recieved it March 17, I made case inquiry March 25 and I got approval March 28

You and got same pd and same transfer date

But nothing yet. It is a good sign though

This is what my case is saying on the uscis website

"As of March 28, 2016, your general inquiry, referral number WKD074160####CSC, is currently not assigned for processing."

Does anyone know what this mean. Litterally it is not assigned "Yet". Or does this mean it wont be process anymore?

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

My PD is 10/9 and transfer is 11/09 and still nothing and I doubt I'll get anything anytime soon. :/ I wish by mid April we would all get an approval

Just received an email regarding my Inquiry submitted on March 14th stating the case is on background check.

PD27Oct15, Xfer 09Nov15.

Nice. a lease you know what is going on.

My pd is Sept 13 2015 transfer November 10th 2015 and the system don't allow me to submit a inquiry.
