when NVC looks at tax years are they only worried about the last tax year 2015 or they want to see 2015,2014,2013...?

I will let you know. I submitted my case inquiry yesterday. My PD of 10-09

i tried to submit the inquiry and it said I am still within processing time frame ....... :crying::crying::crying::crying:

I dont understand why we are sending the last three years taxes transcript and not the most recent one. What you made three years ago can be totally different from what you madea year a go or even what you are currently making.

And also people change job frequently. Could we submit offer Letter or most recent paysubs. I notice that it only says proof of finance.

I also remember when I was doing the N400, I did not submit them and were'nt asked for. I just follow the instruction.

I think they base it on make you currently making now not 3 years ago or 3years average. That is just my opinion.

HIK07. I think for filers originally sent to potomac with case numbers YSC the app isnt formatted for those (it didn't recognize mine either). The ones able to track their status using the app seem to be ppl who were transfers so their reciept numbers have a different prefix. Probably because Potomac is new. Also the app is a third party source not distributed by uscis. You can go to the uscis website and create a logon, put in your reciept number it will save and you can opt in for text and email alerts. FYI it took 40 days for my application to show it was recieved online. Hope this helps.

Today is My 5th month and 1day and also my 1year marriage anniversary. I ve submitted an inquiry on Marvh 14th 2015, and Have not heard back yet. These people really take they time?

Just called nvc and got my case number and invoice number, also the lady asked for my email address does that mean I don't need to choose an agent online and what next?

Go online with your case number and invoice number. U can check what is next. Choose an agent. Pay affidavit of support fee. $120 dollars in my case then allow 4 days to process that payment after that is complete. You can pay $325 dollars for visa application. Then wait until they process that payment. Once you complete. Now you can submit your visa application form online. And send the documents on your check list. That you get from NVC. With the Financials documents. Hopefully this helps you.
