USCIS published new stats for I-130 cases with Potomac reported for the first time. Data only covers last quarter of 2015 until Dec 31st, but it´s still good to have an idea of what´s been going on in terms of volume.

I didnt remember anywhere in the I30 where it says both petitioner and beneficiary need to send passport pic. Things might change recently. Or i was just blind when reading the instruction

It's in the I-130 Instructions, bottom of Page 2, on the right. But oh well, now you know :) And there are still a lot of forms you'll be filling for the NVC in the future...make sure to read all instructions carefully, and many times.

Yeah it doesn't say to send your pic in. It only requires spouses pic only. But in my case for whatever reason they wanted a new passport style picture so I sent it to them.

Oops I re read the instructions and it does require a picture of you and him/her ????

Did anyone else in here not submitted a passport pic a petitioner and get RFE

I didn't send one in and my sister didn't. They already sent me the request for evidence and I sent them the passport picture and my sister hasn't been sent a request for evidence but she went and had her picture taken and I will have her send one picture before the request for evidence and see if they actually get it and we will keep one until she gets her request for evidence.

I have already taken a picture and wrote aletter along with it. Do you think they will take the picture without RFE. I have everything just hesitating if i need to sent it or not
