Congrat to those got approval We are going to the next steps

For me, I need your help for form I864

1. part 6 numb 2 ask current annual income, so I put the one expect, take per hour x 1 week x 52 ? and I also use my hus income, and put the same way I did, and added together in number 15

2. part 6 numb 19a-c, I jointed tax with spouse, so I put the total adjust gross number on IRS form, is it right?

Finally, the total of current income is higher than the gross income on IRS, is it ok?

With other questions:

1 I printed the cover sheet with barcode of AOS along with I 864

2 But what does the cover sheet with barcode of IV fee goes with as DS 260 we need submit online, no more DS 230 paper like before?

3 Should I put the document cover sheet (NVC provided in mail) in the top, and second one will be barcode cover sheet of AOS, then form I864?

I haven't received an approval...it still the same...they just wanted my passport photo...so now Ill see if I get approved or denied....it'll hit 6 months April 9th...and still waiting....I can't wait tell I get the approval and it gets sent to National visa center

if they want your passport picture that means you didnt send it in when you sent everything els so dont worry ..

But I-130 requires husband photograph not mine that's why I didn't send one in before. I hope you and I get approved soon though

USCIS published new stats for I-130 cases with Potomac reported for the first time. Data only covers last quarter of 2015 until Dec 31st, but it´s still good to have an idea of what´s been going on in terms of volume.

The I-130 Instructions, from USCIS, state that you need a photo for both (spouses). You have to follow what USCIS says before you follow what someone on here says. If that person was referring to an I-130 petition for a spouse, they were 100% mistaken.

If you look at the attachment in my last comment, you will see what the I-130 Instructions say exactly.
