I called and they said that like 60 more days for potomac

everyone has anyone tried to send an inquiry on uscis.gov and what does it tell you should I try that or please help

I have been reading all these entries and can't help but wonder if all this calling may be not good. I would think if someone keeps calling and I know they are calling every few days I might not be so quick to address your packet. Might even put it on the slower pile. I'm sure that calling at this point is not going to make it faster and probably taking people off working on files. I think updating each other on status from looking online or getting approvals is great but do you really think calling them so much is helpful? Anybody else have thoughts on if it is helping or hurting ?

06/28/2016: NVC received

07/11/2016:Submit DS-261

07/12/2016: Received DS-261 / AOS Bill

07/13/2016: Receive IV bill and paid IV bill

07/14/2016: Sent package IV package

07/15/2016: DS-260 released and completed

07/15/2016: Scan date

08/16/2016: Case Complete

08/18/2016: Received interview letter today interview scheduled for /09/28/2016

09/28/2016: Interviewed and approved !

10/01/2018: Filed I-751to remove conditions

10/09/2018: Received Text saying case received  ( Nebraska )

11/19/2018: Received the 18 month extension letter in mail 

07/02/2019: Biometric Appointment.

Ive heard from attorneys I know that calling helps because a lot of times they allow the files to sit there and do not even acknowledge them. It's better to call than not call at all and keep waiting and waiting while not being updated by them not even two every 3 months or even once a month.

Oow congrats :) i was in California as well and transferred to Potomac in November my pd is October 9th still waiting

Can you tell us how you found out? Please you have the same pd as me but i didnt get approved yet... Can you tell us if you found out through mail or email or texf And what it says exactly?? Please anything would help
