yeah and they didn't ask my sister for any pictures...they just updated her status to the same December 2, 2015 status that her stuff were sent to local office...which I do not get at all...what that means

wow....

exactly and the only reason there was an update is because I made info pass appointment for us two Monday and went to INS and said hey what the hell is going on...why are there no updates or info about our cases. (my sister and I married best friends so I filed her stuff and mine together so her PD date is same as mine and yours.)

same here....and them asking for "evidence" means nothing to me unless I see "approval" or "denial" notice.....I guess we just have to wait until April 09 again :cry::cry::cry: :cry:

:cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:I got an update but it says the same thing as the December 2, 2015 update the only thing that changed was the date to March 13, 2016. I have my 5 months tomorrow. My pd is 10/16 and transfer date was 11/9 :cry::cry::cry: I haven't had a goodnight sleep in months and this whole process is stressing me out. I just want to be with my love again. The worst part of it all is that i have no idea what it all means. My file was already at a local office...does that mean they found something wrong with my application or what? i dont understand anything. I'm so stressed out...why couldn't this just go by normally. All i hear is people getting approved :cry::cry: it breaks my heart that they are doing this to me. We were transferred to Potomac for faster processing but this is taking longer than i have intended...

Welcome to the club. The same thing happend to me and to other persons as you can read in previous posts. Hope is something wrong with system or maybe something not bad. Anyway let's get finger crossed and pray for the best.

Guys...

Just to let you know and make you feel not that bad...

I was waiting more than 6 months for an approval...

And it was not just me...

So, 5 months is still inside of the average waiting time...

I´LL START TO LIVE BACK AGAIN WHEN I´LL BE ON MY HUBBY´S ARMS, FOREVER AND EVER. UNTIL THERE, I DON´T LIVE. I SURVIVE. (L)

yup that's the same update my sister got on her case. It is frustrating. Our PD is 10/09 and transfer is 11/09

Hello everyone, I received my text/email that my I-130 was accepted and sent to Potomac Service Center. I sent packet in last week to the Chicago lockbox ( 3/9/2016 )so that part went quickly. After reading a little of this form not sure if I should be happy it was sent to Potomac or not. I know I'm glad that that packet of info is out of my house and now I feel that I'm in the process. From what I have read it looks like they are working on October right now. so is the average time here about 5 to 6 months?....Thank you to everyone who takes the time to post is seriously is helpful to us all...
