can someone help me please I have called for the past like 2 months and when I do that trick 87716 when they anwser the phone

do they say say i am the tier 2 officer or should I ask for one they only state there name

Always ask for a tier 2 officer and make sure you put in inquires even if one is not needed. They take forever to get back anyways so keep on inquiring after it. Also get in touch with state rep office for them to help you and contact the immigrations. They always get back to the rep office asap.

All your phone calls are recorded and registered. When you call that often they see on their screen that you called a couple of days ago, so better be quite for some times than try again. Just my opinion :)

When dial the 800 number and then use the extention 87716 (of course after selecting english or spanish) you will reach T2 directly. The answer machine will ask you if you like to receive a call back press "1". And then follow thru the instruction. You get a call back right a way, even before hanging up. I discover this trick and it hasnt fail yet.

Im not sure how long you have to wait but I think i read somewhere if you are citizen your spouse or children get upfront as soon as a visa is available. My friend's wife got a interview date 4month after the case approval. It might depend from country to country. Just do your own investigation and get more clarity
