officially 5 months today and everyone that has there 5 month today we pulled it together now its the struggle .

We have to put our hands together and pray

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

Anybody approved late feb got their case number yet? If yes, could you tell how long does it takes.

right....I wish that would be true and we opened our mail box and bam envelopes from INS approving our cases..... :dancing:

but since I was told another month....I doubt it.....I have lots of doubts now :ranting::cry:

Today I called USCIS and they indicate that the center of Potomac processing time is up to 6 months. Nor could I come to see the case online and tell me to wait 30 days to see the system being able to, because it is new.

10/18/2015—application sent

10/22/2015—application received by USCIS Chicago

10/23/2015—receipt number established (Priority Date)

10/27/2015—NOA1 received

10/28/2015—check cashed ($420)

11/09/2015—file transferred to another USCIS office (Potomac)

03/04/2016—case approved, online update (134 days from PD)

03/09/2016—case sent to NVC for visa processing

Ok so I sent all the evidence that they ask for today I am aspecting it to reach Saturday, I am hoping they review it monday and approve me by friday of next week....fingers cross
