They better be at work, it's almost 11am here (in Washington, DC).

i tried and it say please call from 8 am to 5 pm

you cant get by that trick to get a hold of a tier 2 officer

I have an appointment for Friday next week if I do not receive an update or a letter by the 5th month. Hopefully October filers and anyone else gets approvals....but I think people from say Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Bosnia, any other USSR countries....then they'll take longer now bc INS is being more "prejudice" not cautious in regards to "bad" people yet most people who immigrate here do not come here to destroy America or become terrorists.

you'll be surprised what countries are even If the people are not what they came they'll be. I just called INS and the tier 2 officer hung up. They said they're working on September 21. The witch said call back in 3 weeks.

Yes and that's rare and not all of those people are "Muslim" so you are basically saying most and or a lot do...how many do you know of that have done that? Also, how many of those people that shoot others are actually "immigrants" ?

I hope you get a better answer than me. The witch hung up b/c she didn't care to answer questions and kept repeating what I already knew. But the witch did say call back in 3 weeks If you don't hear anything. Also, if you ask them why is it under review or anything else they'll just say it takes up to 8 months to a year...which is utter bull ####### bc the whole process from A-Z takes up to 9 months and for the person to get here. I have brought my sister in law and brother in law within 8 months and I have done all their paperwork but I also know with the refugee crisis things may be getting held back a lil but it sucks that no one is able to answer simple questions.

what they say? I hope I am totally wrong and that countries are not being flagged. I understand immigration should do everything to flag suspicious people and request all types of documents and it is there right and I am happy they do ask for everything but they should at least tell people what is going on with the case instead of saying its under review/process and not giving reasons behind it. If we knew something then we would not be frustrated. I can wait I just don't know what's going on and that is the frustrating part and I am sure it's worse for people who have filed before us.

wow called uscis and she was so nice and said everything looks good an officer is working on my petition and this takes up to 5 months...

should here something before my 5 months which is wednesday the 9
