Yes, I send an inquire on January and they answer me that's iam in the queue for an interview and I just have wait( till now there's no letter for this interview or date or anything).

On January too I call my lawyer and I ask him what I should prepare for this interview , and he told me with confidence it should be no interview and the answer I receive its just robot answer, also told me that's ok for I 130 to take a year sometimes and he will wait till July if no answer he will contact them .

I don't know what to do? I don't want to bother the lawyer and wait till July in the same time I don't see anybody in situation like me ?

I would call USCIS and ask to speak to a supervisor.

NVC seems to be working at a speed slower than a snail. Its been 34 days and they haven't received my case. They have me to wait another week to check-in. Awesome!!

34 days since Potomac mailed your case out? They can take 35 days to get your case and another month to assign your numbers. My case number and stuff was assigned 18 days (less than 3 weeks) after Potomac sent my case out. I consider that VERY fast since it should have taken at least a month for this.

Keep in mind... I called last week and they told me also they hadn't received my case yet (your case could be there, just not scanned yet).. and in less than a week my case number and stuff was assigned. So expect an email in the near future with your case number.. even if they say they haven't received your case yet.

Congrats to all the recent approvals!

Does USCIS send your email address to NVC in order for you to get a welcome letter.

I called today NVC and the lady said if your consular is elegible for electronic processing then I will be able to send documenents electronically.

Yes because I got a email. With the welcome letter, case number and pin number to pay $120 for affidavit of support. Last Friday. Nothing on the mail.

Today I called my senator and they recived a response about my case from potomac. They said my case is still pending background check clearance. So it's been nine months since I applied and my case is still under background check!!! Does anyone know how long this will take?! This is so frustrating!! I'm so tired of all this!! It's taking way too long!!!!!
