Hello all,

I'm also an October filler to CSC and my case was transfered to Potomac on 11/9/2015. Last month I called USCIS and talked to somebody who told me that "When cases got transfered they proccesing times goes up to 6 months since the day it was transfered". So my case was transfered on 11/9/2015 it should be approved on or before 11/5/2016. Hope all you guys get approved as soon as possible, wish you all good luck.

P.s: They are to many pages here to read (118 till now) and I don't know if anybody who god transfered on 11/9 got approved?

PD 9/10. Transferred 11/10/15. Called and Tier 2 officer reported that Center is behind and are processing August 6th files. Does not make sense!!! He reported that I should get a response in 36 days.

im october filer and got approved march... how come they say different replies

I don't know why they have different replies but I think it has to do where the country then again I may be wrong b/c no one has a correct answer and my sister just called for her husbands paperwork and told her to Call back by April 9 if you do not hear anything.

I just received the acceptance of my case I-130 and was sent to Potomac, someone can say where the center is and how cases work here. How fast or slow they are, I'm pretty lost with this center I did not even know existed.
