Oh great. NO, I haven't received welcome letter yet. My DS261 is being reviewed and I was told that I should have access to pay fee in couple of days. Were you able to do anything online?

Do you mind sharing what country she is coming from? I have observed USCIS gives preference to Philippines, Japan and Greece applications.

I'm from Philippines and still waiting for NOA2 PD is September 10 ???

10/14/2015 - NOA1 (TCS)

11/09/2015 - transferred to Potomac, mail was delivered in the middle of Nov

Ok. I just called uscis and spoke to tier 2. He said they are processing my case( PD 08/31), maybe in 1-2 days I will get the mail from them, but generally will be 6 months if I dont hear anything in this week.

I just called INS and spoke to a Tier 2 officer and he told me, I already know everything and that the case is being processed and that he can not "predict" anything and or when I will hear anything from them. They, too, are pointless. My transfer date is Nov, 9. I understand I am still within the 5 month period but damn the customer lines bc they're pointless and are no help to the general public. Tier 2 officers are pointless! So frustrating not knowing what is going on or what stage anything is at!! :clock::clock: :clock: :clock::protest::protest::protest::protest:
