Are you serious oh wow I am so sorry to hear that no way, one of my friend fiancé had his within a week and a half but he was in st. Dominque i'm not sure if its the same waiting period, and I see some people on here say 5 to 10 days, omg 3 month? have you try to contact DHL or have your fiancé go over there to check? that's freaking crazy why they take so long.

I was told his case is under review. Idk why. I have contact everybody.

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days

since when has it been under review?

since when has it been under review?

His is still stuck on Ready, not Administrative Processing, been on Ready for 2 months.
