Hi Everyone

My K1 Visa is status has finally changed to ISSUED 7 days after the interview. I am hoping to get my Passport back in a day or two.

I have a little query if someone can help.

Is it necessary to enter the US state where your fiance resides or can you enter a different state?

I am planning to land at Texas first to arrange everything for the wedding before going to Florida where my fiance lives. Will it be a problem if my fiance or her family wont be there at POE to recieve me? Can we change POE without notifying USCIS or will it be a problem for me?

Should be fine, I can't even fly directly to AZ. So I need a POE in a different state. A lot of people have that same thing.

Doesn't matter where you enter.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
