Chances of getting my b1/b2 Next time

hey ....

in 2008 i received my b1/b2 visa in March 2008 to May 2008...... 3 months and left in may for 2 weeks and returned

after 7 years i went to reapply and was turn down ......



this is my profile .....

25 years
works at the fire dept
no kids
not married
brother is a permanent resisdent

what u think are my chances next time around

What you posted is vague and not the complete information available to the CO.

With a recent denial, your chances are low.

how soon before traveling to the US ...u should go for ur visa.... becuase i applied this year to travel next year....and how long you should put that you are staying....average time

Hard to say....good that you used the first one as promised...but a lot of time has elapsed and maybe you applied with parents last time..

wow how do u know that .....i really did applied with my mom.....
but when i applied the second time...... i applied in october to go for july august next year....so i was wonder if that was a factor

That would depend on why you were refused.

Sounded like you were still a dependent, whereas now you are 'on your own'...applying with your parents meant that their reasons for returning were being assessed, not yours. Now, as a young adult, your reasons for returning are being evaluated. How did I know? After having done many many thousands of interviews, some situations are commonplace.

i guess no matter what ....or when i go again ...it will be difficult .....not being married ....no kids.....25years ....and a LPR brother
i guess not even my job might help me........or a bank statement ....cuz i work at the fire dept

It will be difficult....and reapplying so soon after a denial without significant positive changes in your current situation will likely result in an even faster denial.
