To be honest I never paid attention to expiration date, I simply didnt know it was there

I was planning to send our i-129f form with all other papers today, and double checking everything I noticed this Expires 02/28/2015 (Yes, I've been filling up these papers for a very long time, since I came back visiting her in January. We decided send them only now). Anyway, last week my fiancee signed and sent me this form, if I ask her sign and send new form (Expires 6/30/2017) it will take another week or so to get here. So, I was wondering if I could still use this old form?

This is what USCIS website says; [http://www.uscis.gov/g-325a]

Edition Date

06/01/15. You can also use previous editions. (The edition date can be found at the bottom of the page on the Form.)

The one I have IS (last)previous edition right?

Also, I just found that already completed DS-230 is also expired four months ago, I was looking for a new one and found this

Effective immediately, all K visa applicants are required to complete the DS-160 Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application.

The DS-160 replaces forms DS-156, DS-156K, and DS-230.

For K visa cases already in process at a U.S. embassy or consulate, the DS-160 is not required when, prior to October 7, 2013, one of the following situations exist:

  • The K visa applicant is already scheduled for an interview.
  • The K visa applicant has already been interviewed and has been requested to submit additional documentation or is pending administrative processing.
  • The K visa applicant has already submitted a valid, signed, unexpired DS-156, DS-156K and/or DS-230 or received instructions to do so.

BUT VIsaJorney here http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples still lists DS-230 as required, not included in list replaced by DS-160 forms DS-156, 156K, 157, 158. We still just forget about DS-230 and do online DS-160 form if I am not mistaking. Am I right?

You can use previous editions of G-325A so no worry.

DS-160 will come into play once your K1 petition is approved and sent to NVC and you will fill that online at that time.
