I received a request for evidence recently and have a question about it. The letter says the following:

Request for Evidence

Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance(e)

You, *** (the petitioner), filed a Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance(e), in behalf of *** (the beneficiary) on September 9, 2015. You are seeking the classify the beneficiary as the fiancee of a United States citizen under sections 101(a) (15)(K) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Additional evidence is required to establish the qualifying relationship. Submit your response to this request for evidence along with the attached blue sheet.

Beneficiary's Intent to Marry You in the United States

The statement of intent that you have submitted for *** is not signed. Please submit evidence from the beneficiary, ***, that he plans to marry you within 90 days of his admission to the United States. Evidence of the beneficiary's intent may be a signed statement, wedding preparations or other evidence that clearly establishes his intent to marry.

That being said. The only thing I need to send is a new copy of his letter of intent to marry with his signature? Or are they requesting other information as well? I don't want to underestimate what they want. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it so much!

Thank you and hope all is well in each of your journeys =]

A signed statement of intent to marry is all that they require.

Good luck :)

A signed letter of Intent is what they are asking for but you can also submit additional pictures or anything else that's new between the time you submitted the application and now... airline tickets, boarding passes, etc.
