At one point am I classified as a resident?

Hi all! Hope you're all doing well. I've been in the states for about 2 months now, came in on the K1 and we were married 3 weeks ago! I have a question regarding at what point you become a resident of the state you moved to? Tried searching but couldn't find the exact answer, is it the day after the wedding and the K1 requirements are fulfilled? Or is it when I get my green card?

I'm wondering because I'm looking to get my Massachusetts driving license, and the DMV states:

Residents of Massachusetts (MA) are required to have a valid MA license to legally operate a vehicle in MA. Out-of-state or foreign-licensed drivers MUST obtain a MA driver's license upon becoming a MA resident.

So, the question stands whether or not I am resident in this context, if so I cannot legally drive on my license which I have been doing since before the wedding (I was added to my wife's insurance).

If anyone has any insight, it is much appreciated!

If it is similar to Colorado they say what a Resident is and it is nothing to do with immigration and give you a certain time to get a local license. 30 to 60 days after you move there seems normal.

It is from the time you moved to MA (not from the day you got GC or got married) to live. It's nothing to do with the permanent resident (GC). Whether you are living in Mass to work or to study or just to live, you are considered MA resident unless you are living there temporarily as a visitor. There will be a grace period to get a new license since you have to provide some sorta proof of residency (utility bills/apartment lease like that in your name) to apply for the license.

In your case, since it's been 2 months you are living in MA, i guess you need to obtain a new MA license otherwise you might run into problem in case you get pulled over.
