Hey guys,

I am a September AOS filer and I received a RFE for a joint sponsor. MY bestie has agreed to sponsor me and we are sending the documents off today. Quick question. My bestie was a joint sponsor for her mom last year(her sister filed for her mom and she served as a joint sponsor) so on the section of the affidavit I counted her mom once and myself. making her houehold size 3.Now I am finding out that she claimed her mom on her tax return last year as a dependant. Am I going to have to count her mom twice on the I-864. Making my bestie's household size 4. Is her mom going to have to fill out a I-864A or that is not necessarily for a dependant on a tax return.

I am a bit confused and need a bit of guideline thankyou
