Sorry I think you can't do much more. I'll say be happy she didn't end up with you and probably leave the country in a legal way. I won't recommend staying illegally in the country, but yet 11 million have stayed illegally. ?️

Presumably you are working with the Police, I see some serious charges there, a U Visa comes to mind.

I had two Vawa cases approved, one she was married for 24 hours, the other case the guy was married for 6 days. The length of the marriage doesn't matter for VAWA,but it matters the intent when entering into marriage.

It seems you have a VAWA case, you didn't poSt anything before regarding abuse and we are not mind readers.Join the thread VAWA part 6.

I came here on F1 visa in 2008 and it got expired. I got married this year in June and everything was going good, it was a love marriage but all of sudden my wife patched up with her ex boyfriend and start giving me trouble and now she is got pregnant by her ex two months ago and she's going to keep his baby. She left me and now staying with her ex. My life is really messed up right now and I don't know what to do. They are threatening me like they are going to call police on me if I do something and they will deport me back to my country and much more. I'm going through a lot right now. I feel like I'm done with my life.

It happens a lot. No nothing happen to your life. You learn worst part of life. People are weird. Make yourself safe. Stay away from them. Install call recorder in your phone and you can tell you are getting horrible threads to police. I hope you have some job. Do as mike and sandaranj said for your immigration. Please do not get depressed. She doesn't deserve you anyway.

When I said they started giving me a trouble, I meant that my wife have abused me, slapped me and his boyfriend punched me on my face and I have the police report on that. Since my wife knows that I have no legal status, she have threaten me that she will get me deported. She has also said that if I take any legal action on her abuse and stole my money, she would send her boyfriend to F**meUP. I have got restraining order against her. Her boyfriend has been calling me and telling me that I have to leave this state or country otherwise he would kill me. My life has been so misreable, and dont know what to do now. I am so depressed.

File I-360 as an abused spouse.
