September 2007: Met online via social networking site (MySpace); began exchanging messages.
March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I came to the states on a CR1 visa and i applied for the renewal of my green card 2 years after i came to the states ,i sent all my paper work that they need to show joint ownership that we have with spouse . They received my paper work and payment on April 9th 2015, but am just wondering how long it takes for me to get the actual new green card for 10 years because am now 6 months since they received my paperwork .And my processing center is Vermont .Advised please .

No problema. Just go to a main forum page: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/86-removing-conditions-on-residency-general-discussion/. On a PC, look for the blue box with the words "Start New Topic,' located about 1/3 down on the right-hand side of the viewing pane, click on that box, and go for it... :thumbs:

It is poor forum etiquette to start you own topic in another posted topic, besides it can get very confusing trying to figure out who is answering what question. :wacko:

When you get a minute, :time: it helps everybody that uses the forum, or is helped by the forum.

ROC processing times right now seem to be just like everything else associated with USCIS processing, quite protracted. Check out some of the monthly postings from folks that have sent in their petitions and are 'patiently' waiting for adjudication. It took us approximately 9 months to have our ROC petition adjudicated.

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

I filled for the renewal of my 2 year green card i received when i had just come to the states but it expired on the 7th july 2015 . I sent off all my paperwork in February 28th 2015 and on 13th march 2015 i went to take my biometrics . Now am waiting to hear from them when am getting the new green card for 10 years . My service center is Vermont Service Center.For those who have gone through what am going through ,how long does it take to get the new card and do they call you of interviews ?

Only a small fraction of people get called for interview mostly those with weak evidence but it's not 100% usually the case. Majority get approved without interview though. As for waiting time, Vermont has the longest so far about 9 months on average and sometimes a little over. The good thing is if your I-751 still stays pending and you're eligible for naturalization file your N-400. This will "force" the adjudication of the I-751. Good luck.

8/14/2014: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.

8/18/2014: Accepted in Chicago. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

8/21/2014: Received NOA 1. I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail.

8/25/2014: Received biometrics in mail. Scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/24/2014: EAD approved. 36 Days!

10/01/2014: EAD mailed.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 moved to testing and interview.

1/28/2015: Interview scheduled for 3/4/2015.

1/31/2015: Received interview notice.

3/4/2015: Interview completed and APPROVED!

3/5/2015: Welcome notice mailed and I-130 Approved.

3/10/2015: Welcome notice and I-130 approval notice received.

3/12/2015: Green card mailed.

3/14/2015: Green card delivered.

Removal of Conditions: 

12/14/2016: Mailed I-751.

12/19/2016: NOA issued.

01/26/2017: Biometrics.

05/03/2018: I-751 transfered to NBC.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 Interview.

05/14/2019: I-751 APPROVED.

Naturalization:

12/02/2017: Mailed N 400 to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox. (I-751 still pending)

12/05/2017: Package delivered in Phoenix, AZ. Transferred to Harrisonburg Processing Center.

12/07/2017: Notice of action issued. (IOE)

12/26/2017: Biometrics.

01/23/2019: Interview Scheduled for 2/27/2019.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 interview. N-400 recommended for approval.

05/16/2019: N-400 APPROVED! Placed in line for oath ceremony.

05/17/2019: Oath ceremony notice mailed.

06/12/2019: Swearing in Ceremony! Finally a U.S. citizen!
