USC K1 petition approved for fiance, daughter of fiance now 20 years old was included in I-129F but will follow to join within 1 year of K1 visa issued to her mom. The question is will daughter still be eligible for a visa if she intends to follow within 1 year or will she be barred because of aging out at 21, and no the relationship was not ongoing since child was 18. I wouldn't do follow to join in this case - straight to US and straight to AOS at the same time as mother's AOS after the marriage between her mother and you. If schooling is the issue get an AP.

How long would AP allow her out? I say don't let her age out come up with

another solution.....she can switch colleges if that's the prob, if not enough

space until you are situated , start looing for an answer

She must enter the US before age 21.

If she enters the US after age 21, she will not be eligible to adjust.
