wrong date of birth on old passport

I had wrong date of birth on my old passport. Which has corrected with reissue of passport. Now i hve correct date on new passport.

Anyone can help me is there any problem to get CR1 visa with such correction.

What stage you are at in the process? Was your old passport's copies submitted to USCIS/NVC earlier? If not, no big deal. If you've submitted old passport copies to USCIS/NVC, you might wanna call them and inform them about the situation and ask them what would be the best way to send you new passport copies.

I did not submitted old passport copies. My case has completed. I hve interview in november 5.

I hve to go with my old passport. So CO can notice my wrong DOB on old passport.

Is there any issue if they see it.

Why is everyone worrying about old passports?

Say you don't have them, I threw mine away, it is old/not valid therefore no use

I got my Visa no problem

I don't understand why you would keep them anyway its junk

Your birth certificate defines your date of birth not your passport. The CO would not have accepted the old passport with wrong DOB that's why you got your new passport with correct DOB. So there will be no issues even if you show your old passport too along with the new one.
