For I 30 where is faster to process outside U.S. Or inside US

I'm Canadian my husband is aUS citizen all our kids are dual citizen already is it faster if I go I the U.S. And process it here or outside the country which one is better tnx

Tnx for the reply, I know what you mean, my meaning is that if I come in U.S. To process i130 is it faster than to process in Canada? We've been married 3 years already and our children are dual citizen already.

Also if my husband file the I130 does he need to submit his proof of supports like his latest tax income?,

Of course, the petitioner must submit an affidavit of support and the required evidence of past tax returns and current and continuing income.

Hi Lakayko,

I just went through the I-130 process at NVC.. I want to say pretty much all filers from outside the country (married and already with spouse and waiting outside the country) were processed faster than those filing from within. The only persons processed faster than them were the VJers from the Phillipines. The difference ranged from a month or two to a few weeks but I recall them all getting approvals before people who filed stateside.. hope that helps..
