hello vj members, this is something new i am truly starting to think about
supposedly,soon i should be able to enter u.s with the k1 visa to marry my finace , after how long or what should be done first to file for my mother and maybe if its ok also my brother to file for them to come live with me, but most important my mother

how long does it takes, and what should i prepare and have at this moment

waiting for your help and i am sorry if i am asking for something , already has been asked before :)

A green card holder can only petition his/her spouse and/or kids. you have to be a us citizen first to petition your parents and siblings. :)

And t would be faster for you to petition mom she come then she petition your brother. Would take about 2 years. But if you petitioned your brother after you become citizen that could be 7 to 8 years.
