I wouldn't go to the trouble, and I'm not sure CBP would even correct such a minor issue.

If you are concerned about wrong info being used when you entered the US, then contact a deferred inspection site to see about getting it corrected > http://www.cbp.gov/contact/deferred-inspection/overview-deferred-inspection

You should be fine considering one of your first names are there and your last name. As long as you other info such as passport number etc is correct I don't see a reason for concern as there are other identifiable things on there.

Response Via Email (CBP Officer Allen) 09/09/2015 11:56 AM

Thank you for the inquiry regarding your I-94 arrival/departure record.

In reviewing your information your record was amended so that your name appears as it is on your K1 US visa. Your name was amended so that it appears as follows:

Last/Surname:

First/Given:

I hope that this answers any questions that you may have. If you need further assistance you can respond to this email. Thank you again for contacting CBP.

Best Regards,

My husband had a similar issue. Some wonderfully intelligent soul at the Chicago customs and immigrations entered his two middle names as part of his first name, giving him 3 first names, no middle name and his surname. It should be 1 first name, 2 middle names and surname. We didn't know someone did this until we applied for his SS card and they told us they didn't have him on record as his actual birth name, but by what the person entered in at Chicago. This is STILL an ongoing issue for us despite it being over a year since we got his card.

My advice is to see what you can do. You might not get anywhere, but this can potentially cause problems and delays.

Do you have to print an i-94 for AOS? I did not realise this :o

I didn't even submit one in my package and my interview is coming up! only just looked into it online

Just printed one for my interview incase lol. Thank god for this website

This particular forum is about adjusting from the K-1 family based visa. The I-94 is required when adjusting from the K-1. You do not appear to be adjusting from a K-1, and the I-94 is not required for an immediate relative adjusting from some other visa type that filed the I-130 concurrently.
