I-485 RFE

On September 21 my wife received an RFE stating she is missing some required vaccinations. Those vaccines listed were; polio, menengicoccal, pneumococcal, rotavirus, hepatitis A&C, Hib and flu shot. So, we went to the civil surgeon yesterday to get her those vaccines and the As of October 22, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD2951500441PIT, is currently not assigned for processing.civil surgeon told us that she can't give her the vaccines because they are not aga appropriate according to the CDC guidelines. But the doctor called USCIS and explained to the agent what is going on and the agent also talked to me and my wife. I explained to the agent that the RFE was sent from the Imperial California field office and we live in the Pittsburgh, Pa field office service area. The agent said she would send an email to NBC and we should hear something in about 5 days.

I had remembered doing research on vaccine requirements for pregnant women because two weeks ago we thought my wife was pregnant. In my research I found that there are waivers for certain circumstances. I mentioned this to the doctor and she said that my wife need the booster for the chicken pox so we got her the booster and the civil surgeon marked down that the above vaccines are not age appropriate.

Later that evening I looked on the My Status page and see this statement posted, " As of October 22, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD2951500441PIT, is currently not assigned for processing.

The thing is we never requested to expidite her case so now we are a bit confused and wondering if we should send in the I-693 or wait. We're not even sure if we should send it to Imperial California or our Pittsburgh field office. Can someone help us understand this?
