Hey everyone Im starting to get a little worried here ,in early Sept we received an RFE they wanted proof that the joint sponsor for affidavit support is a Citizen,and also more details about her job and poverty guidelines,we submitted response on Sept.29 and they received it Sept.30 ,since then it has been on RFE review ,Should I be worried or this is common ,My husband already had biometrics done, but yet no response update regarding I765 EAD. any suggestions!! please

We received an RFE in July, and it was received by USCIS on August 3rd. Since then, the status hasn't changed on the USCIS case status site.

My husband received his EAD in early September. With other timelines I've seen, it seems to be the norm when an RFE was received, until you're ready for an interview.

thanks I was starting to get worried ,hopefully he gets his EAD sooner than expected ? and his interview date as well, I brought him on a k1 visa and 3 weeks after our wedding we coceived our first child ? we now have a 4m old baby im hoping everything runs smoothly
