Submitted I-130 DCF to USCIS Manila on 9/11/15.

Called USCIS Manila on 10/23/15 and was advised that petition approved on 10/14/15.

We have not received an email or letter yet.

Was advised to call the "Immigrate Visa Unit" ((02) 976-85012 - 1212 to receive MNL Case # and Invoice #.

They could not tell me.

Anyone know how to get these numbers so we can proceed with the DS-260 and schedule the Physical and interview?

Not sure on the IR / CR process but if it is anything like a K Visa, the NVC is who issues the case number; the US Embassy of Manila does not. They will receive the case packet with the case number from NVC.

You should try to call the National Visa Center to get the MNL case number.

NVC has nothing to do with a DCF filing. The petition never leaves the US Embassy until after the visa has been approved, and only then if u elect to have it delivered or pick up at 2Go.

Recommend that you call back USCIS and explain exactly what you stated here. They just need to go downstairs to the IV (Immigration Visa) section at the embassy and find out whose desk your packet is sitting on. They should be able to resolve it quite easily.

One question; did you fill out the sheet the USCIS representative should have given you when you submitted your I-130? It asked for your mailing address and phone #/e-mails address you can be reached at so they can notify you once your petition is approved.
