Help.. AOS Refiled I485 and I 765

We filed for Adjustment of Status July 2015 and got denied . We never got a letter or Original Package back. So we refiled again Friday. My question is will they give us a different case for Adjustment of Status and we did Biometrics so will we have to do them again? Wefinally found out by calling that the checks were returned by bank is why we were denied but we didnt get letter or anything. My wife was changing Banks and things got mixed up and was stupid error. So will this cause problems for us?

Yes, it will be a completely different case including a new case number. You would need to correct the issue that led to you being denied the first time around, however.
