I'm so lost. I emailed the consulate and got this sent automatically... What does it mean? What do I do after filing the ds-160

You need to follow the guides above and use the flow chart. You have a lot of steps ahead of you. If your case is ready for interview log in with that username and password and schedule your interview and VAC.

Your timeline says Haiti
