Hi all!

Thank you for the replies from my previous questions.

Now I have a new one again. Do we really need to secure bank statements as evidence? My fiancee in Guam got worried about this telling me that it wont look good.

My fiancee will be calling NVC to get the case number if already available and I am in the process of completing the docs needed for the interview in advance. This is making me nervous. I hope this journey ends in a positive note.

Thank you for your replies in advance!

It's not listed as a required documents but a good thing to have. My fiancee sent me her bank statement just in case it will be ask on my interview but it wasnt. What she did was ask the bank to only print out credit statement so it would show that she has a lot of savings lol goodluck ?

If your fiancee meet the minimum income requirement by showing his salary alone, no need for a Bank Statement.

Print off a copy of the embassy letter, use my link at the twisting arrow below, and follow each of the required items. If it is not on the list it is not needed. The only exception is that you must have an NBI clearance and CENOMAR not older than 6 months at the time of the interview. There is no need for bank statements.

Bank statements are not needed. Compete the I-134, include a copy of your tax return and W-2. If your income meets the I-864P poverty guidelines for 125% all is good.

Embassy letter? I havent received any letter from the US embassy yet, though the case status shows "Ready".

Does it have a "deadline" for scheduling the interview? We are only able to pay the interview fee around 2nd week of November.

Most NEVER receive a letter from the embassy.

If you have your MNL # then it is ROCK n ROLL time. Follow the flashing arrow below for details
