What country was this in? I guess I feel frustrated cause the only document we did not have was the medical cause we could not get and appointment before the interview Cuba is like that . We finally got it days after and turned it in with passport that all we needed to give in and here we are 2 months of ap status

This was in Dominican Republic and I feel that they are very lazy there but finally after two months they resolved it. I was missing the birth certificate and I think that delayed the process maybe that's what's happening with your case

Yeah it's frustrating to be held up for a document that is givin in when asked for 2 months and especially when you have 6 months for medical and police records that expire and cost a lot of money in Cuba medical is 405$ and 50$ police records and the time is not spent waiting for these documents unpayeble ?

Do you mean the ceac web site ? They don't update it?

The ceac website does update, even though mine said ready for interview even after we already went to the interview. The passport tracking website doesn't do much updating. Ceac changed to AP after 2 months and then the day after that it said issued

i have to totaly agree with Amhara

Don't take your frustraitons out with each other

Try to make this time when you talk to discuss future plans and the good times / keep it as romantic as you can

I know this is hard / we started the process July 2009 and finally were approved July 2015/

It isn't easy but when you are finally together, it will all be worth it

Find a good friend who will listen to your frustrations and anger / you do need someone who you can talk to

Been there / done that

Keep your spirtis up when you talk to spouse / try to encourage each other

DON'T LET the IMMIGRATION PROCESS BEAT YOU

If you don't have a close friend to talk to , i do offer myself as i know what you feel

And the best of luck to you

WE DID A LOT OF PRAYING AND EVEN MORE PRAYING NOW TO THANK GOD
