It reminds me of lake ,that the word gets out, that the fish are biting. Soon everyone goes there and cleans the fish out…..leaving the lake basically fish less. Back to ####. The smart people tried to keep the bite a secret and others tried to place restrictions on who could come and what they could take. But in the end…it was a free for all and now the lake is ####.

Not surprised. When they colonized they didn't give the locals their passports, they instead gave british overseas passports.
