I arrived on Sept 9th, it's been 6 weeks since I got to usa. And haven't received my GC I paid for it before entering usa, and I can't find a proper way to track it, does anyone know a number I can call and ask about it?

Try to contact USCIS, my mother did not get her green card until after three month, when I contacted them they said they did not have her address on file when we paid for $165. So we have them the address and two weeks later we receive the green card.

I agree with calling USCIS. Apparently after August this year, they changed the entire process and now you have to wait 60 days after POE before receiving a receipt number. It just may end up taking about 3 months before you receive your physical card.

Mufnan, do you have your IOE receipt number?

I called USCIS and they we asking me for this receipt number. When I paid I got an email but there was no receipt number with IOE prefix.

09/02/16: I-130 + I-485 + I-765 Sent (USPS)

09/15/16: Email/Text from LockBox@USCIS

09/19/16: I-797-C letters received

09/27/16: BIO early walk-in (10/06/2016)

10/05/16: I-485 RFE email received

10/11/16: RFE yellow letter received/RFE package sent

10/13/16: RFE package delivered (USPS)

10/14/16: RFE package received by USCIS (Email received from USCIS)

11/23/16: I-765 was approved. Card ordered (Expedite processing/Job offer)

11/28/16: EAD Card was mailed

12/01/16: EAD Card was in the mail

05/15/16: Interview scheduled for 6/13/17

6/13/17: Interview. Not approved in the spot. IO wanted to check for gonorrhea test on I-693. She said maybe we could get RFE.

6/19/13: I-797C Letter on the mail. I-130 was approved. 

6/26/17: Email update: Green card production was ordered on 6/24/17

6/29/17: Email saying card was mailed on 6/28/17

6/30/17: We received the card. 

6/30/17: Waiting for ROC in 2 years (6/13/19)

Using a phone is cool, but there are online tools for this, instead.

Study the ELIS topic in the General Immigration sub-forum, from a pc with internet access. Handphone usage for this thing is a waste of time.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Handphones and feckless tablets, used for web browsing here, are quite useless.

Thats definately weird, as the receipt #, starting with 'IOE', is generated during the payment process online.

All,

I raised a query last week in USCIS site for 'IOE' and below is the reply that i received:

" If you submitted payment for your Immigrant Fee after October 23, 2015, your receipt number was provided to you on the confirmation page. The Electronic Immigration System did not provide a receipt number upon payment of the USCIS Immigrant Fee between August 31, 2015 and October 22, 2015.You should receive your Permanent Resident Card within 60 days of your entry into the United States or within 60 days after your USCIS Immigrant Fee is received (whichever occurred later) "

I paid my fees on Oct 12th and have POE on Oct 24th and the wait is still on...!!!!
