Aug 03, 07: Received Biometrics appt. letter

Aug 23, 07: Biometrics

Aug 30, 07: Transfer to CSC letter dated 8/27

Sept 19, 07: EAD Approval email

Sept 29, 07: EAD card Received

Oct 09, 07: AOS Approved

Oct 13, 07: Green Card in hand

There were times when I missed my mans A LOT during our separation, but over all, he and I handled it very well and I don't remember really feeling desperately depressed except once in a while. It was always the worst shortly after I came back from visiting him, or if we argued or had a dull phone conversation.

Usually, I was busy with school or working on something, which helped keep my mind occupied. Also, I talked about him so much it was almost like he was here with me lol.

7/27/2006: Arrival in NYC! -- I-94/EAD stamp in passport

8/08/2006: Applied for Social Security Card

8/18/2006: Social Security Card arrives

8/25/2006: WEDDING!

AOS...

9/11/2006: Appointment with Civil Surgeon for vaccination supplement

9/18/2006: Mailed AOS and renewal EAD applications to Chicago

10/2/2006: NOA1's for AOS and EAD applications

10/13/2006: Biometrics taken

10/14/2006: NOA -- case transferred to CSC

10/30/2006: AOS approved without interview, greencard will be sent! :)

11/04/2006: Greencard arrives in the mail! :-D

... No more USCIS for two whole years! ...

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

Don't worry, Lisa. It's not for me. It's a reminder to others to keep their chin up. We all need encouragement some days, and this can be a rough crowd. :lol:

mine is just a cute cat reference...not 'be optimistic! one of these days everyone you dislike is gonna die' Especially when you change it within the context of this thread.

and for a smart woman, you really should see the difference. So you're either not as smart as I think you are, or you'd willingly bicker a losing point just for the sake of bickering.
