Hello,

My wife got her Green Card last February 5th, and we've recently received a letter stating that we need to file form I-751 to remove conditions. I've totally forgot about this and not I'm unsure where to begin again. One thing is we've moved and they sent the letter to an old address of mine, do I need to call them or do something to show that my address has changed?

No. The I-751 reminder notice is ALWAYS sent to the address where the 2-yr green card was sent. And USPS does not forward USCIS mail. If you had already notified them of the address change (which you are obligated to do by law within 10 days of the move), then you have nothing to worry about. Use the new address on the I-751 form. Go to USCIS.GOV for the I-751 form and its instructions. Good luck! :)

All non-us citizens are required to keep the USCIS informed of their current address. Compliance with the requirement to notify the USCIS of any address changes is also a condition of your stay in the United States. Failure to comply could also jeopardize your ability to obtain a future visa or other immigration benefit.

If your wife didn't report her change of address within 10 days of moving, she should report right now. She has to file Form AR-11, online. She will have online confirmation and in regular mail as well.

You completed Form-I864 in the past, so you, as a sponsor, are required to report your change of address within 30 days of the change. Again, if you didn't not report - do it now. You have to submit a completed and signed Form I-865 to USCIS.
