Good Evening, I am currently filling up my I-130 and I-485, I-131 and I-765, do I need to include my previous copy of entry stamps and visa? as part of evidence that I visited my husband during those trips?

In the G 325 A of my US Citizen husband , the petitioner, which box should I check? The question is ..This form is submitted in connection with an applicaiton for:

Naturalization, Status as Permanent Resident or Other ( in to which I can put , Petition)?

So in forms I-131 and I-765 , I also need to attach 2 photographs, copy of I-94, passport copy and Marriage contract?

Please enlighten me. Thank you for your help.

anything to show you have connection with your husband is good, include the stamps you wont lose anything

to answer your Q about your husband G325A, i looked at my papers from AOS , my lawyer checked the box "others" and wrote Alien relative on my USC wife, on mine i had two G325A, the first one "others" and wrote i-130, the second one is "status as permanent resident

what forms need is listed on the form instruction guide , it's better source of exact documents needed, you can find the guide on the same page you downloaded the form from, good luck

Unforgettable.
