Hello Everyone!

I hope all your journeys has been going smoothly well !
I am Adjusting my status from a K1 visa, and i have got an RFE stating that my co-sponsor does not make enough, even if he does make more than 125%, which was weird, we went to USCIS office and we talked to them , they could not give us any ideas or help beside explaining what is in the RFE which we already know. so we are following their request and we found someone who is willing to help. This person makes way more than 125% .
we are thinking about keeping the same joint sponsor who does not mak enough according to the RFE and adding this person as a second joint sponsor in order to have in total a lot of financial support
.

Is that doable? are they going to accept?

also they asked in the RFE about the forms
1099s, From 2555 and tax schedules.
did anyone send these forms ? if not, they did get any RFE asking about them ?

It sounds like your joint sponsor is self employed or a contractor. That changes what is considered income.

No, you can't add together 2 sponsors with the I-134. Submit the information from the new joint sponsor of you cannot meet the requirements of the RFE.

What exactly does the RFE say? Is the joint sponsor self-employed? What supporting documentation did you send for the joint sponsor? It could be that the complete tax return was lacking, or the proof of current income was, or both.

You can only have one joint sponsor with the I-864 when there is only one intending immigrant.
