How to track green card

We paid the fee for the green card before we're arrived on the US but have no idea how to track the delivery for the green card????

Anyone who can help me??

It is asking me for a receipt number. Which number should i enter???

I tried with the number assigned from NVC and it gives me the following error:

You have the following errors:

Error: The application receipt number entered is invalid. Please check your receipt number and try again.

Check your email for your receipt confirmation. Its n there.

Receipt number is your DoS case number. It should be three letters followed by nine or ten numbers.

I cant track it on uscis site coz my case id is MNL
